To see a helper's phone number, WhatsApp and email you buy a one-time contact unlock. While it is active you can contact as many helpers as you like — there is no per-profile charge and no limit.

How the introductory price works
New families have 3 days after joining to buy at the introductory price. You pay once for the whole period and nothing is added later. After those 3 days the standard price applies. Once you've bought, the renewal price opens from 5 days before your access ends until 3 days after it ends.
One payment. No subscription, nothing renews by itself, and you are never charged again unless you choose to buy another period.
Posted a job?
You can unlock just the helpers who responded to it: €15 for 30 days, from your job's responses page.
Questions families ask
Do I need to pay before I can look?
No. Browse every profile, and post a job and read the responses, without paying anything. You only need an unlock when you want to contact a helper directly.
If I pay €29, will I be charged €49 later?
No. You pay once. €29 buys a full month of contact access and nothing else is ever charged. The 3-day limit is only on when you can buy at the introductory price; the price you paid never changes.
What happens when my access ends?
Nothing is charged and nothing renews — contact details simply stop being visible. You can buy another period whenever you need one. If you buy while your current access is still running, the new period starts when the current one ends, so you do not lose any days. From 5 days before it ends until 3 days after, you can buy another period at the renewal price.
Do helpers pay anything?
Never pay anyone a fee to use this site. Creating a profile and being contacted by families is always free for workers.
Do you take a commission if I hire someone?
No. There is no placement fee and no commission. What you pay for is access to contact details — everything you agree with a helper after that is between the two of you.
