Questions families ask
Do I need to pay before I can look?
No. Browse every profile, and post a job and read the responses, without paying anything. You only need an unlock when you want to contact a helper directly.
What happens when my access ends?
Nothing is charged and nothing renews — contact details simply stop being visible. You can buy another period whenever you need one. If you buy while your current access is still running, the new period starts when the current one ends, so you do not lose any days.
Do helpers pay anything?
Never pay anyone a fee to use this site. Creating a profile and being contacted by families is always free for workers.
Do you take a commission if I hire someone?
No. There is no placement fee and no commission. What you pay for is access to contact details — everything you agree with a helper after that is between the two of you.
