1. What Cyprus Nanny is — and what it is not

Cyprus Nanny is an online advertising and listing platform. It allows domestic workers (such as nannies, housemaids, carers and cleaners) to publish profiles advertising their availability, and allows families to view those profiles and contact workers directly.

Cyprus Nanny is not an employment agency and does not provide recruitment, placement, intermediation or referral services. We do not select, recommend, match, shortlist, vet for suitability, interview or place candidates. We do not negotiate, arrange or participate in any engagement, employment relationship or contract between users. Any communication, interview, agreement or engagement happens directly between the worker and the family, entirely outside this platform.

Profiles are displayed in neutral order (such as by recent activity). The presence of a profile on this site is not a recommendation or endorsement of any kind.

2. Immigration, visas and work permits

Cyprus Nanny has no involvement of any kind in visas, work permits, immigration sponsorship or related paperwork. We do not provide immigration advice or services, do not handle or store identity or immigration documents, and do not assist in any application process. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any engagement complies with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, including employment and immigration law. 3. Fees

Workers never pay anything to use this site — creating a profile and being contacted is free for workers, always. If anyone asks a worker for money in connection with this site, it is a scam and should be reported to us immediately. Families may be charged a fee to access contact details or to post job listings, as displayed on the site at the time. Any such fee is for access to the platform's features only and is not a placement, recruitment or success fee.

4. Accounts and content

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish. We may review, decline or remove any profile, job post or other content at our discretion, including content we consider misleading, unlawful or unsafe. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

5. Safety

We do not verify the identity, background, qualifications or references of any user beyond phone-number verification. You must carry out your own checks before any engagement. See our safety guidance. Use the report function to alert us to suspicious behaviour.

6. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any dealings between users, for the accuracy of user-published content, or for any loss arising from engagements formed after contact through this site.
